“What About Peace”
Competition

Jade Three Trust is sponsoring a “What About Peace” competi-tion. Students are encouraged to express their thoughts, feelings, opinions, hopes, and frustration concerning the issue of peace. The competition is open to all high school students. There is no fee to enter, and all it takes is a little effort and interest.
The students work can be pre-sented through painting, essay, short story, song, video, pho-tograph, sculpture, or poem. All entries become property of “What About Peace” and will not be returned to its owner. Entries must be received by March 1st, and winners will be announced on April 15th.
The grand prize of the competi-tion is $300 cash, and a certi€cate. Certi€cates will be given to the first place winner in each cat-egory. The grand prize winner’s teacher will receive $100 cash for a recognition celebration.
