Girls’Gymnastics

The Central girls’ gymnastics team is off to a good start this season. The team is led by senior captain Madeline Estes, and is coached by gymnastics teacher, Richard Spicer. The current key players are Emma Burgeson (8), and Estes. Participating in three competitions, the girls’ overall record is 1-4.
Although the team is very young, they are hard working and very athletic. “They’re a dedicated and fun group to work with,” said Estes.
Their next meet will be on Fri., Feb. 3rd at 6:30 PM against Highland Park and Johnson, at Highland.
